Returns and Refunds Policy
## 1. Policy Period
We accept returns or exchanges submitted within **30 days** of the date of delivery.
## 2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Item Condition: The item must be brand new, unused, and in its original condition without any alterations.
- Packaging Requirements: All original packaging (including gift box, lining, protective materials, labels, accessories, and gifts) must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping Costs:For returns due to personal reasons unrelated to product quality (e.g., dislike, wrong size, accidental duplicate purchase)—provided the item remains in brand-new, unused condition—the return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
-Regarding Shipping Damage and Refusal of Delivery: We assume full responsibility for all logistics-related risks; please rest assured that we will cover all costs should the item be damaged during transit. To ensure the quickest resolution, please follow these steps: 1. To protect your interests, we recommend inspecting the package's exterior in the presence of the courier. If the outer carton is damaged, deformed, or crushed, please refuse delivery immediately. (Outcome: The package will be automatically returned to the sender at no cost to you. Resolution: Once you contact us, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund.) 2. Alternative Scenario: If you discover damage after signing for the package (i.e., upon opening it), please contact customer service within 24 hours. (Proof Required: Please provide a complete video of the unboxing process. Resolution: Once we verify that the damage was caused during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that without valid video proof of unboxing, we may be unable to confirm the damage occurred during transit.)
- Final Sale Items: Customized or personalized items are considered "final sale items" and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
## 3. Refund and Exchange Process
### How to Request
You may initiate a return or refund request yourself by clicking the link located at the bottom of this Return and Refund Policy page ("Click here to submit a return request."). Alternatively, you may contact our customer service team via email, providing your order number and the specific reason for the return or exchange. You must also provide the shipping tracking number for the returned package.
### Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within **14 business days**. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of the item's delivery date. We only accept exchanges for the same item of the same type and specifications. If the item you request to exchange is out of stock, we will instead process a full refund for you.
